This hands-on session will guide you through the latest best practices managing schedule change requests, updating project schedules, producing lookahead reports, and meeting owner schedule requirements. Additionally, participants will get a sneak peek as to where the schedule tool is going in the future. All attendees should bring a laptop for hands-on exercises.
