DESCRIPTION:
In this session, you'll learn how to connect pre construction tools to the construction phase by utilizing the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) in Procore. We'll show you how to use WBS to create your cost catalog take-off items and assemblies, map WBS to estimate line items, generate bid packages and bid forms from the estimate, send approved estimates to the project budget and prime contract, and convert bid forms into commitments, all while analyzing historical data using a common WBS.
